Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn was born in the US and is an actor professional over the last 27 years. Thespian Jeanne Marie Triplehorn has been working professionally for the past 27 years. She made her acting debut on stage during an off-Broadway production of The Big Funk by John Patrick Shanley in 1990. The following year, she was cast in her first role on TV in The Perfect Tribute. Her career started when she starred as a supporting role in Basic Instinct. As a child she took up golf and in 2007, aged 12, she was the first female to become eligible to compete in the US Women's Open. The competition was not won, however she became the second player in 2007 after winning the Aldila Junior Classic. She was the smallest American Junior Golf Association player (AJGA), as well being the smallest player to be crowned the winner of the Westfield Junior PGA Championship at that moment in time.
